The Sanaiya is the working heart of Ajman: workshops, spare parts yards, labour accommodation and the men who keep all of it running. We are inside it rather than on the edge of it.

Who we feed in New Sanaiya
Mechanics, fabricators, drivers and the accommodation blocks behind the workshops. Shifts start early and finish late, which is why the tandoor is lit at half past seven and the karahi burners are still going at midnight.
What New Sanaiya orders
Breakfast before a shift and the monthly mess are what this area takes most. A sada paratha and karak chai is AED 2. The mess runs from AED 200 a month, which is the cheapest way to eat three times a day anywhere in the Sanaiya.
Getting here, and getting it to you
New Sanaiya is about 1.1 km south east of the kitchen in a straight line, with the workshops either side of Amman Street the easiest thing to navigate by. You are already here. We are on Amman Street on the ground floor, near Nesto Hypermarket, with free parking directly outside.
We do not publish a delivery time per area, because the honest answer depends on the hour and on what you order. A karahi is cooked after you order it and takes twenty minutes before it even leaves the kitchen. Send the order on WhatsApp and we will give you a real time rather than an optimistic one.
