Ajman Industrial Area 2
Nashta on the table by half past seven. Karahi cooked to order over a high flame. Charcoal BBQ until midnight, every single day.

Who we are
Zafran Kitchen sits on Amman Street in the Sanaiya, where the first customers come in before eight in the morning and the last karahi goes out close to midnight. In between there is nashta, lunch for the workshops, and families through the evening.
We cook the way it is cooked at home. Nothing sits in a bain marie. The karahi goes on the fire when you order it, the bread goes on the tandoor wall after that, and the BBQ meets the coals last so it reaches you hot.
Every cut of meat is halal and comes in fresh. If it cannot be cooked properly that day, it is not on the menu that day.
