There is no Zafran Kitchen listing on Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem or Noon. That is deliberate, and it is worth explaining rather than leaving you to wonder why you cannot find us.
Aggregator apps take a commission of roughly a quarter to a third of every order. That money has to come from somewhere, and there are only two places it can come from: the price goes up, or the portion goes down. Most restaurants on those platforms quietly do both.

How to order
Send a WhatsApp message to 050 720 8707 with three things:
- What you want, with sizes. "Half chicken karahi, four roti, one salty lassi."
- Collection or delivery.
- Where you are, if it is delivery. A building name and a landmark beats a pin in the Sanaiya, where half the pins land on the wrong side of a compound.

How long things actually take
This is where most delivery estimates lie, so here are ours.

Add fifteen to twenty minutes on top for the drive, depending where you are. Anything cooked to order genuinely takes that long, because it goes on the fire after you order it rather than sitting in a warmer waiting for someone to want it.
What travels well and what does not
Worth knowing before you order for delivery.
Travels well. Biryani, pulao, karahi, handi, nihari, paya, daal and anything off the weekly menu. Wet dishes hold their heat and improve slightly on the drive as the flavours settle.
Travels less well. Charcoal BBQ. Kababs are at their best in the ninety seconds after they come off the skewer, and no amount of packaging changes that. If you are ordering BBQ for delivery, order it with a karahi so there is something wet on the table.
Order separately. Breads. Ask for them last so they go in at the end rather than steaming in a box for twenty minutes.
The price is the price
Because there is no platform in the middle, the number on the menu is the number you pay. A small chicken biryani is AED 10 delivered, the same as it is at the table. There is no service charge, no platform fee and no inflated "delivery menu" with different prices from the printed one.
The kitchen runs 7:30 am to midnight, every day, including Fridays and public holidays, and delivery runs until close.

- Allow thirty to forty minutes for anything cooked to order, such as karahi or charcoal BBQ. Biryani, pulao and the weekly menu dishes are quicker. We will give you a real time when you order, not an optimistic one.
